How Do You File A Whistleblower Complaint?

The employee must first :

Exhaust all applicable grievance or arbitration procedures provided by their employer prior to filing a complaint with DOE
Submit the written complaint to the DOE/NNSA SC Employee Concerns Office. The complaint becomes a public document.
File the complaint within 90 days of the alleged retaliation
