Welcome to the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) website for the Construction Management (CM) Acquisition.
A new contract competition was announced by the NNSA on Friday, March 26, 2010 whereby NNSA will be competitively awarding Nuclear Security Enterprise (NSE) wide CM contract(s). It will lead to improved construction management and reduced costs at all of NNSA’s laboratories and production sites. This will also allow NNSA’s M&O contractors across the enterprise to provide greater focus on the Nuclear Security Enterprise mission work while enabling project planning and execution efforts to be performed by design and construction experts.
The CM contract(s) will provide the appropriate expertise, processes and systems in the management of all aspects of construction, including design development, procurement of materials and cost estimating.
NNSA will use this website as a means to exchange information with industry and other interested parties including other Federal agencies with similar contracting objectives through written comments for this acquisition strategy.

The Government has concluded one on one meetings to obtain industry input. The input received will aid the Government in development of the draft Statement of Work.
