Qualification Certification Comment and Response (UPDATED)

The draft RFP currently requires contractor certification in accordance with the Section K Qualification Certification and related Section M Qualification Criterion.  The final RFP will not include the qualification certification and related criterion.  In lieu of the certification/criterion, the final RFP will include revisions to Sections L&M to emphasize the prime contractor's international experience.
