Request for Proposal

The final solicitation for Design, Integration, Construction, Communication, and Engineering (DICCE) is available below. The solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. Responses are due NO LATER THAN 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on December 12, 2006.

The National Nuclear Security Administration issued a draft RFP on September 1, 2006. Responses to questions/comments regarding the draft RFP will be posted at a later date. The final RFP includes revisions to Sections L&M that address the prime contractor's capability to perform design and construction projects in diverse foreign countries, in lieu of the Qualification Certification/Criterion contemplated by the draft RFP.
