EEO Annual Training

Employees are required to participate in a minimum of three hours annually of EEO training and supervisors are required to have four hours annually per DOE O 311B.

Additionally, every other year employees are required to have training on the prevention of harassment, including sexual harassment, in accordance with DOE O 311.1B.

The Service Center's EEO and Diversity Office offered a training session on an overview of the EEO discrimination complaints process, EEO Myths and Mediation.  See the EEO Myths & Realities Training

Attached are viewgraphs from an EEO training session that was presented to the Service Center Leadership Team by Jeff Vargas from the Diversity and Outreach Office, NNSA HQ.  The training session focused on generational issues involving the four generations:  Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X-ers, and Millennials.  (PDF, 597KB)
