Employee Concerns Program
The Employee Concerns Program provides an informal avenue for federal, contractor,
or sub-contractor employees to report concerns,
without fear of retaliation. Concerns can be reported anonymously or
otherwise, and can cover anything from fraud waste and abuse, to safety
issues, to unresolved interpersonal conflicts in the workplace. The goal
of the Employee Concerns Program is to address and resolve a concern at
the lowest possible level, before it escalates into a formal complaint.
The LASO Point of Contact for the Employee Concerns Program is Cynthia
Casalina. If you have a concern, you may contact Cynthia at 665-6369, or
the ECP 24-hour Hotline number at 1-800-688-5713. You may also contact
Eva Glow Brownlow at (505) 845-5113 or Michele Rodriguez de Varela at
(505) 845-4935. You can also send an e-mail to the following e-mail
address: ecp@doeal.gov.
You may submit concerns electronically through the Employee Concerns Reporting Form.
A very informative website has been developed by the Service Center, which includes detailed information about the program.
