The Financial Stewardship accountants interface with
AL's integrated contractors to oversee AL's Financial Stewardship Program (FSP) and are
the Team Leads for conducting the financial BMOR at each contractor site. The FSP
includes: evaluating the adequacy of contractor financial systems and internal controls,
and conducting AL's biennial product service and pricing reviews and annual related party
reviews for each AL integrated contractor to ensure that products and services provided by
contractors achieve full cost recovery and contractor collections are accounted for in
accordance with Departmental policy.
