FINANCIAL POLICY |
| The Financial Policy Liaison accountants of the
Financial Policy, Systems and Reporting Branch of AFSC maintain financial management
liaison with AL’s integrated contractors to ensure conformance with generally
accepted accounting principles and established federal and departmental accounting
policies. They interface with AL's integrated contractors to: advise and interpret
DOE's financial policies; coordinate requests for contractor financial information; assist
in evaluating contractors accounting practices, related accounting activities, and annual
Statements of Cost Incurred and Claim (SCIC); negotiate contractor financial management
performance measures, participate in the annual Financial Management BMOR and provide
financial advice and assistance to DOE's internal and external customers. |
