Security & Rental Cars

Badges: Due to heighten security on KAFB, you will be required to have proper identification, DOE badge (Federal or Contractor) before entering KAFB (Maxwell Gate). For those without DOE badges, you will need to be sponsored by a DOE employee (with a badge). Arrangements will be made for access. Please indicate on Conference Registration Form if you have DOE badge (Federal or Contractor). 

Rental Cars: Those driving rental cars, will be required to show your DOE badge (Federal or Contractor) and a copy of your travel orders showing authorization of a rental car before entering KAFB (Maxwell Gate).
